LOS ANGELES, Calif. - August 15, 2006 - To celebrate the opening of the Roosevelt Sales Center, the sales team for this luxury loft development invites guests to a complimentary happy hour at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant in downtown L.A. from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday September 20, 2006. Guests interested in hearing more about the upscale residential building will receive complimentary drinks, the chance to speak with the sales team and add their name to the property's interest list.
